How can I get  quote?

To receive a quotation for your products, on the product page there should be a link to " Get a quote ... "


You can also go to the MENU bar and select " Get a quote " where you can click on a link for a specific labels or dust cover quotation or submit a general enquiry via the form also located at the bottom of the page. Alternatively you can just email me direct at odinprinting@outlook.com.au  and I can provide a quotation or a checklist to help me provide you the best options.

How long will my order take?

Below is a list of common products with the typical delivery time from artwork proof approval and payment.

Labels printing only - within 2 weeks

Labels with foiling - within 2-3 weeks

Candle, Diffuser or other boxes - within 3 weeks

Candle Dust Covers - within 3 weeks

Thank You Cards - Post Cards with printing within 2 weeks. With foiling within 3 weeks.

What is an EOIR number and why do I need it?

'EORI number' is short for 'Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number' and is a system of unique identification numbers used by customs authorities in the EU and U.K. 

You can obtain an EORI number from your country’s customs website and we should include this number on the commercial invoice when we ship you your order. You can apply for your UK EORI if you do not have one here. It is an instant process unless HMRC needs to do further checks. I will request this number to put onto the commercial invoice that will ship with your order.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Different products have different minimums. Below is a guide.

Labels with printing only - 50 pieces per design/fragrance ( not much more extra for 100 )

Labels with printing and foiling/embossing - 100 pieces per design/fragrance ( not much extra for 200 due to foil tool setup ).

Candle Boxes - 500 pieces per design/fragrance

Diffuser Boxes - 500 pieces per design/fragrance

( Combining one or more candle boxes at the same time or add a candle box with a diffuser will result in better pricing as more fixed costs are shared ).

Candle Dust Covers - 200 pieces per design/fragrance. Only produced in multiples of 200's. ie. 200, 400, 1000 pieces. Same for foiling.

Thank You Cards - Post Cards - Swing Tags - 200 pieces per design/fragrance. Same for foiling.

Does my order include VAT?

I ship using FEDEX and deliver to your door. FEDEX process the customs paperwork. The value of VAT I need to pay during customs clearance is included in the price charged to you. You will not receive an invoice with VAT described that you can claim. If you are registered for VAT and want to claim the credit, then please let me know and I can flag that VAT is payable by you. However FEDEX will contact you to collect this payment and charge any admin fee to do this. It is best to contact me first to work out the best option, well before I invoice you.

How should my artwork be provided?

In the ideal world the list below, but happy to work with you to get it right. Send us some sample artwork to look at.


All artwork to be submitted as a high res PDF.
At least 2mm external bleed.
Always include cropmarks.
At least 3mm internal bleed.
All images to be vectors or minimum 300dpi.
All colours to be CMYK
Any text to be converted to curves/fonts embedded.
Do not use borders that are designed to create an even margin around the product ( labels and dust covers ).
